Outlook Classes for Beginners in NYC
Get the hang of Outlook, including setting up your email signature and formatting your email themes and text. First, you'll learn how to organize messages, create calendars, and schedule appointments and events. You'll then learn how to use other Outlook features—notes, tasks, and journal entries. At the end of Outlook Level I, you'll learn how to add your contacts and create groups.
Outlook Level I is one of two Microsoft Office Outlook classes offered at Career Centers. You'll learn the essentials you need to read and compose an email, manage your calendar, and complete other tasks in Outlook. If you're planning to obtain certification, this course will help you prepare.

Attend this course in-person in NYC or Live Online via Zoom. Engage with expert instructors, ask questions, and get feedback on your exercises and projects.
Unlike other providers, these are not mass open-enrollment classes. At NYC Career Centers, you’ll learn in small groups (typically 8-15 students) and receive personalized attention.
Get face-to-face interaction with an instructor and other students when you learn at our NYC campus. Courses are hands-on with a computer and software provided.
Get the same interactivity and access to the instructor as in-person students. There are no extra fees and we’ll work with you to ensure your remote setup is perfect.
Upon completion of this course, you’ll receive an official certificate testifying to your mastery of the curriculum. The Outlook Specialist class is also designed to follow the official Microsoft Study Guide to passing the Outlook Specialists Certiport Exam. You will learn how to Customize Outlook, Automate Tasks, Print, Search, Format and manage Calendars, Contacts, Email, Tasks and Journals. We have the highest pass rate of any Outlook Specialist Training in NYC.
